SAFTOLL

With SAFTOLL, SAFISIS puts its knowledge to manufacturers of food & beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics.

SAFISIS controls fermentation processes and has post-processing tool for purification, solvent extraction, distillation and various drying techniques (fluidization, lyophilization, spray).

 

SAFCHEESE

Since 2005, SAFISIS has marketed product lines SAFCHEESE & SAFDAIRY.

Made from cheese, using an enzyme treatment, the product range SAFCHEESE cheese makes a cheese solution by natural flavors. Very concentrated, they can provide a distinctive flavor of cheese in many culinary applications: processed cheese, specialty cheeses, ready meals, soups, sauces, snacks.

 

SAFDAIRY

The flavor range SAFDAIRY, from fermentation or produced by enzymatic treatment, reproduces breed notes typical of butter. Alone or in addition to vegetable fat or butter, they can strengthen buttery notes.
